A maintenance certificate is not a formality. It is the document that carries weight when it comes to deciding whether you are compensated.
What your insurance contract says
Your fire insurance contract requires you to maintain your cooking and extraction installations. In the event of a breach, the insurer can invoke a clause for lack of maintenance and reduce, or even refuse, compensation.
On the day of a claim, you must be able to show that a professional came, when, and what they did. A dated, numbered and traceable certificate answers all three questions.
What our certificate contains
- Identification of the establishment and the installation.
- The date of the visit and the nature of the work carried out.
- The date of the next visit.
- A unique reference number, traceable in our records.
- Identification of the technician on site.
Issued in French, Dutch, German or Portuguese. Handed over the same day and kept in your client area.
