What an automatic extinguishing system does
Installed above your cooking line and inside the hood, the system continuously monitors the most exposed area.
As soon as a flare-up is detected above the burners, it triggers the extinguishing automatically, with no one having to step in.
It also cuts the energy supply to the burners and protects the hood and extraction duct, where grease can feed the flames.
Who fits the system
The fitting is carried out by our certified partner installer; SOS-Hottes advises, sells and coordinates the work.
